Flood Information

For structures which have been flooded it is important to document any and all damage that structures have incurred once it is safe to re-enter the structures. If the structure has sustained substantial or repetitive damages/loss it may be eligible for assistance in raising or flood proofing through FEMA's Increased Cost of Compliance (ICC) program. For more information regarding this or any other flooding matter you may contact our office.  Please remember all repairs to damaged structures require an approved flood development permit and in some instances an approved improvement location permit.
